How to Cancel your Fetch Reservation

Change of plans and no longer need your rental truck? No problem. 

Fetch offers penalty-free cancellations for reservations cancelled 48+ hours prior to reservation pickup. 

To cancel your reservation:

• Log into your Fetch account.
• Click "Cancel Rental"

Once your reservation is canceled, it will no longer appear under your list of Upcoming Reservations within your Fetch account.

"No-shows" or reservations not canceled 48 hours in advance will incur a cancellation fee.
