At Fetch, our contactless check in/check out makes renting a truck easy! This means no waiting for a rental agent to do a vehicle walk through or sitting in a long line to return your rental. All of the check in & check out process is done from your phone, including taking vehicle condition photos.
During your check-in and check-out process, it is important to document any existing damage on your Fetch vehicle. The best way to do this is to submit photos of your Fetch vehicle during your check-in/check-out process.
If you encounter any issues uploading your vehicle photos, you may also text them to Fetch:
- Text your photos to 404-920-4133
- Include your email address or reservation ID in the text message
Vehicle pick up/drop off notes should not be used to report vehicle damage or issue. Pick up/Drop off notes are for customers to communicate any anomalies during pick up/drop off such as parking in a different spot than picked up from.
If you do not submit photos or record damage notes during your rental process, you may be held responsible for pre-existing damage. Photos are the easiest and best way to protect yourself during your Fetch rental process.
