During your check-in and check-out process, it is important to document any existing damage on your Fetch vehicle. The best way to do this is to submit photos of your Fetch vehicle during your check-in/check-out process.
If you encounter any problems uploading your vehicle photos, you may text them to Fetch instead:
- Text your photos to 404-920-4133
- Include your email address or reservation ID in the text message
You may also make notes of any problems or damage that you encounter with the vehicle in the notes section.
If you do not submit photos or record damage notes during your rental process, you may be held responsible for pre-existing damage. Photos are the easiest and best way to protect yourself during your Fetch rental process.
