Unlike most rental companies, Fetch reserves your vehicle specifically for you.
What does this mean?
During your reservation, the rental vehicle is not available on our reservation platform. This ensures the vehicle is available for your reservation duration and there will be no interruptions due to overbooking.
Because each vehicle is reserved and unavailable to other renters for your reservation duration, Fetch is unable to offer refunds/account credit for unused hours or days.
I had a family emergency and had to return the vehicle early, can I receive a credit or refund?
We understand that emergencies happen. If you have to return your rental vehicle early due to an unavoidable emergency, please email firstname.lastname@example.org. Our Billing Department is happy to review your request.
