How do I find my rental?
Vehicle location descriptions & instructions will be shown in your Fetch reservation details at rentals.fetchtruck.com.
Common Reservation Details:
- Landmarks the vehicle is located near (blue house, mailbox, shop etc)
- Gate code (if needed)
How can I confirm I am at the right vehicle?
The vehicle description and information will be shown in your Fetch reservation details at rentals.fetchtruck.com.
To ensure you are at the right vehicle, confirm the license plate number shown in your Fetch reservation detail to the one on the vehicle.
Where are the keys?
Once you complete your vehicle check-in, instructions for accessing the keys will be shown in your Fetch reservation details at rentals.fetchtruck.com.

How do I know if my rental is contactless?
Offers contactless rentals (notated by phone graphic near vehicle name):
Owner provides access to vehicle (does not have phone graphic near vehicle name):
For contactless rentals, the car keys are typically secured inside either:
- The glove box of the vehicle (in front of the forward passenger seat)
- An exterior lock box, often located on the rear license plate of the vehicle
Upon checking into your reservation on Fetch, you will receive specific instructions regarding where the keys are located for your vehicle within the Fetch rental app.
In-Person or Other Rentals
For in person rentals, customers will receive their vehicle key typically by either:
- The vehicle owner meets renter at the vehicle to provide your key after your check-in is completed
- The vehicle owner provides instructions on how to access your key (typically via a lock box code) after your check-in is completed.
Directions and instructions for receiving your vehicle's keys will be available in your reservation details once your check-in is completed.
What if I can't find my rental vehicle or the keys at the start of my reservation?
The owner of the vehicle is going to be able to provide the best assistance if you are unable to find your vehicle or the keys. Renters can contact the vehicle owner by text or phone by clicking 'Contact Owner' on their reservation.
Any additional instructions on locating the vehicle key will be shown in your Fetch reservation details.
