If your Fetch vehicle is damaged, please immediately report this to Fetch.
In all collision or accident circumstances, for the safety of the renter- the vehicle will need to be returned to the original pickup location.
When damage is discovered early, we can typically help you limit your liability.
In the case of an accident or incident, please make sure to record:
- Police Report ID
- Driver Name, Phone Number and other contact information
- Driver Insurance Company and Policy Number
- Photos of any damage
- Contact information for any witnesses

Partner Owned Vehicle Rental- How to Submit a Claim
If your rental vehicle is partner owned, you will be asked to submit a claim following the reporting of damage or accident with your rental vehicle.
It is important that all reports & claims are submitted within 24 hours of vehicle damage.
Once Fetch Customer has been informed of the incident, the customer support agent will send the below information via email if submitting a claim is required based on your rental vehicle type.
Claims can be submitted by visiting the DigiSure Insurance Claims Site, calling 833-379-7277 or emailing claims@digisureinc.com.
To submit a claim you will need the following:
-Full name and contact Information
-reservation dates
-Incident description
-contact information for all involved parties (including any witnesses)
-police report number (if applicable).

Before each reservation, it is important report any damage you see on your vehicle so that you are not held responsible for damage that happened before or after your reservation. See Vehicle Checking In/Out Article
Once the investigation is complete, Fetch will notify you of the result and if you are responsible for any damage fees.
