If your Fetch vehicle is damaged, please immediately report this to Fetch. When damage is discovered early, we can typically help you limit your liability.
If you are involved with a damage incident, our insurance will apply, but you may be liable for a damage fee of up to $1,000.
Before each reservation, please make sure to report any damage you see on your vehicle so that you are not held responsible for damage that happened before or after your reservation.
When damage occurs, we'll investigate the cause of the damage and also take the vehicle to a local repair shop to get an estimate for the repair.
Once our investigation is complete, we will notify you of the result and if you are responsible for any damage fees.
