Some Fetch devices are equipped with a "Sleep" function to help preserve battery life on your device and vehicle.
When your Fetch device is asleep, it will not respond to any lock/unlock commands or upload telematics data.
If the Sleep function is enable on your device, you will see your vehicle as being asleep on your Fetch vehicle page:

Once the device wakes up, it will check for any Stay Awake commands. Once the Stay Awake time expires (in this case, 60 minutes), the device and vehicle will go back to sleep.
