If you discover damage to your vehicle, the most important first step is to take photos of the damaged vehicle.
Upload these photos to the reservation history, and also email them, along with the reservation ID, to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Fetch will contact your renter to understand exactly what happened and discuss repair procedures.
Next, you will need to get an estimate for repair and submit this to Fetch. This can include an estimate from an auto collision shop or the cost to purchase replacement parts for a DIY repair.
Finally, submit this reimbursement request to email@example.com, and we will initiate the process with with the renter to recover the cost of the repair.
