If you need to cancel a reservation, please follow this process:
- If you have other Fetch vehicles in your fleet, please contact the renter to ask if they are able to switch to a different vehicle. If the new vehicle is more expensive, provide the renter a discount to accommodate the price difference.
- If no vehicles are available, please send a message to email@example.com to notify us of the reservations that need to be canceled and the reason for the cancelation.
- If a reservation is canceled less than 24 hours before the start of the rental, Fetch owners will be subject to a $50 fee. If the reservation is canceled more than 24 hours before the start of the rental, a $25 fee may be applied.
