While we hope that you don't need it, Roadside Assistance is available for Fetch vehicles in situations where the vehicle is no longer driveable. The specific company of Roadside Assistance will vary by vehicle.
In the event you require roadside assistance, please call our Customer Support line (404) 920-4133 once in a safe location. Our agents may ask for photos or videos (if applicable) of the reported incident.
Once our Customer Support team has been contacted, they will then either provide you with the applicable RSA number or connect you to the RSA team. As a renter, it is required to stay with the vehicle until the roadside repair or tow has been completed. Abandonment of a vehicle can result in additional charges.
It is important that Roadside Assistance work directly with the renter to arrange roadside assistance or vehicle tow.

Important note about costs
If roadside assistance is provided due to damage or issues incurred during your rental period, the person whose name appears on the Rental Agreement will be held financially responsible for the cost of repairs and roadside assistance.
If Roadside Assistance is requested and the vehicle is found to have no serviceable issue, the renter will be responsible for all costs associated with utilizing Roadside Assistance.
