While we hope that you don't need it, Roadside Assistance is available for Fetch vehicles in situations where the renter has already contacted the vehicle owner and the vehicle is no longer drivable.
Once in a safe location, It is helpful to take photos or videos (if applicable) of the reported incident. As a renter, it is required to stay with the vehicle until the roadside repair or tow has been completed. Abandonment of a vehicle can result in additional charges.
It is important that Roadside Assistance work directly with the renter to arrange roadside assistance or vehicle tow.

Important note about costs
If roadside assistance is provided due to damage or issues incurred during your rental period, the person whose name appears on the Rental Agreement will be held financially responsible for the cost of repairs and roadside assistance.
If Roadside Assistance is requested and the vehicle is found to have no serviceable issue, the renter will be responsible for all costs associated with utilizing Roadside Assistance.
