For security purposes, you may be required to verify your payment method(s) on your Fetch account. This helps Fetch protect the security of renters and vehicle owners.
When requested to verify a payment method, Fetch will place a small, temporary charge on your payment method.
You will then need to log into your bank or credit card account to verify the amount of the verification charge.
A few things to know:
- Charges of $1.00 or less are not used for verification and may be ignored.
- Your verification charge will automatically be refunded once your verification is complete, or within 7 days, whichever is earlier.
- Your statement should include a description of "Fetch Verification" next to the verification charge.
- Be sure to check any upcoming or pending transactions to identify the verification charge.
If you have received a verification request by Fetch and cannot locate the verification amount on your bank statement, please submit a request to Fetch support.
