The following is a list of maintenance requirements you must follow for your vehicle to be listed on Fetch. If at any time, it is reported that the vehicle is not adherent to these requirements, we reserve the right to unlist the vehicle, and it may remain unlisted until the issues are addressed.
Failure to address maintenance issues may result in a fee and/or suspension from the Fetch platform.
If at anytime a renter experiences mechanical issues with your vehicle while in a rental vehicle, if they are not local to the pickup location (>50 miles away), they may be authorized to have the vehicle inspected and repaired for repairs up to $250. This amount may be deducted from your payout. For repairs above $250, we will consult the owner before approving. If we do not receive a response within 1 hour of the notice, Fetch may authorize any repairs at our discretion.
