At Fetch we understand that life happens and you may not always make it to your rental vehicle at your reservation start time. If you are running behind, please notify our Customer Support Team by calling (404) 920-4133 to avoid an automatic reservation cancellation.
A late pick up or no-show to the reservation will result in automatic cancellation and applicable no-show fees.
Hourly Rentals
Hourly reservations are considered no-shows once 2 hours have passed from rental pick up time.
At that time, the customer will receive a message notifying of the automatic cancellation.
Should you wish to continue with the reservation, please call the Customer Support Team. In some circumstances, we may be able to reactivate the reservation.
Daily & Long Term Rentals
Daily and long term rentals are considered no-shows once 4 hours have passed from rental pick up time.
At that time, the customer will receive a message notifying of the automatic cancellation.
Should you wish to continue with the reservation, please call the Customer Support Team. In some circumstances, we may be able to reactivate the reservation.
