Fetch Reservation Cancellation Policy

We understand plans change. Whether your furniture pickup was delayed, or your project was postponed- you'll find a detailed explanation of our cancellation policies below.

Future Reservation Cancellation Policy

• Fetch offers penalty-free cancellations for reservations cancelled 48+ hours prior to reservation pickup
• Reservations cancelled less that 48 hours from reservation pickup will incur a cancellation fee.

Same Day Reservation Cancellation Policy

• Fetch offers renters 1 hour from reservation booked at time to cancel to avoid cancellation fees

Reservation Rescheduling Policy

• Fetch offers penalty-free rescheduling for reservations changed 48+ hours prior to reservation pickup.
• Reservations rescheduled less that 48 hours from reservation pickup are considered cancellations and will incur a cancellation fee. 

Renter Missing Required Information Cancellation Policy (Unverified Account) 

• There is no cancellation fee if Fetch was unable to verify your account due to missing license, insurance or other required information

Some vehicles offer reservation protection, if the vehicle does not offer reservation coverage the above cancellation policy will apply to all cancellations. 

If reservation protection coverage is offered on the vehicle and is selected, the coverage is as listed below:

Reservation Protection Coverage

• Reservation Protection Coverage waives renter responsibility of cancellation or same day rescheduling fees and will only be responsible for the Reservation Protection Coverage price per reservation day. 
• Reservation Protection Coverage must be added prior to reservation pick up, and cannot be added mid reservation.
